WE HAVE A 7 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. IF 7 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE. WE MAY BE ABLE TO OFFER A PARTIAL REFUND OR STORE CREDIT DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF THE MERCHANDISE. ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS INTACT. 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON GIFT CARDS.
TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE ASSESSMENT OF THE CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS, OR AN ITEM THAT MEETS CONDITIONAL STANDARDS BUT IS RETURNED MORE THAN 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.
REFUNDS

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.
IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A STORE CREDIT CODE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WITHIN A FEW BUSINESS DAYS. 
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
