What countries to you ship to?

For now, we only ship to the US. We’re preparing to expand more in the near future. Subscribe to the email list for any updates!


How long will it take to get my order?

Items are shipped via USPS 2-5 days after order. 


How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

 

Can I make changes or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all information prior to submitting your order. If your order is in a pending status, we may be able to make modifications, shipping changes. or cancel your order. Please email us immediately at info@ironfoxclothing.com if you require a change.


Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the contents of your order.


Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the contents of your package or the method of shipping.


Can I return my order?

Where can I find the size chart?


Since we are providing clothing options for non-standard, muscle mamas, we do not have a standard size chart. However we do show most items and how they fit on ladies who lift, so that you may get an idea of how something will fit on you. If something fits large or small, we do our best to note that in the individual item description. 



Do you offer plus size clothing?


We are doing our best to fit some bodies that may not be considered “standard” in the fashion industry and some of those items do come in larger sizes, so check out individual items for details. 

Where can I find coupon codes?


We routinely post offers on our Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest accounts so be sure to follow all of our social media. We also have exclusive offers for our email subscribers, so make sure to subscribe! 


What should I do if my item arrived defective?

Please email us immediately at info@ironfoxclothing.com with photos.

 

How will I know if my order has been successfully placed?

When your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.


How can I be featured on the IronFox Instagram feed?

Tag @ironfoxclothing and use the hashtag #ironfoxclothing and #imfoxy to be featured on our Instagram feed. The better looking/more creative the photo, the more likely you are to be featured!


How do I leave a review?

On the product page, click “write a review.” We’d love to hear thoughts, and your reviews will help other girls when they order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us before you write a negative review so we have the opportunity to make it right.


How will I know if a product will be coming back in stock?

We often do not re-stock items. We want to offer unique items-- so it's a first come, first serve purchase opportunity. Just shows, don't wait if you like something! Once it's gone, it's often gone!

Once your purchase goes from “processing” to “shipped” you will be provided with tracking information to track your purchase.
